Ceramic Parts Processing

We developed special machines to do the grounding work on ceramic domes and bases, each dome and base will be grounded smoothly to have a better seal when they are assembled and closed, also to have a better fitting for bands/hinge assembly, the diameter difference of the dome and base will be controlled at ±1mm!

Ash Hole Cutting Processing

We developed special robot to cut the ash hole on ceramic base to get the ash hole to have a better fitting with SS ash door for better appearance!

Glazing Processing

We developed special glazing machines to do the glazing work for different size of kamados. The glazing machines will make sure that each kamado will be glazed much more evenly than “glazing by hands or “glazing by sprayed robot” on every part of domes and bases to have a better glazing appearance!

Automatic Kiln Temperature Control

Each tunnel kiln will be automatic controlled by the computer precisely, the firing temperature difference will be ±5℃, this will make sure that we fire the great glaze steadily all the time!
